Burkina Faso: Three years of sovereignty thanks to Captain Ibrahim Traoré

For the past three years, under the leadership of Captain Ibrahim Traoré, Burkina Faso has been moving forward with pride and determination. The nation has taken its destiny back into its own hands. Freed from foreign influence that once hindered its development, the country is rebuilding on its own strength, its own values, and above all, with the will of its people.

This historic turning point began with a courageous decision: breaking away from the former colonial powers that, for too long, dictated their laws and interests. Today, Burkina Faso speaks with a single voice—the voice of its regained sovereignty. This independence, real and not just symbolic, is reflected across all sectors: security, economy, education, and culture.

On the security front, national forces are now in control of the territory. Through popular mobilization and strategies adapted to local realities, areas once abandoned have been reclaimed, populations protected, and hope has returned to villages.

The economy is also transforming. By valuing local resources, supporting Burkinabè producers, and focusing on self-sufficiency, the country is reducing its dependence on imports and creating jobs for its youth. Burkina Faso now produces, consumes, and exports on its own terms.

Today, Burkina Faso stands tall. It advances, it inspires, and it demonstrates that Africa can rise by its own strength. Captain Ibrahim Traoré embodies this popular will, this new momentum, and this march toward dignity.
